One of the best bass players of his generation, Khaled is a student in the Higher Institute of Music in Damascus.

He is a member of the Students' Orchestra in the Higher Institute of Music and—true to his diversified musical tastes—he is also a member of the leading Syrian jazz band Mozayeek.
